Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-specific tech roadmaps focusing on AGI integration, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Architect scalable frameworks for quantum-resistant security and decentralized autonomous systems
- Drive R&D initiatives in synthetic biology, fusion energy, and advanced materials science
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish innovation metrics tracking adoption rates and ROI for future-tech implementations
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology forecasting methodologies
- Pioneer ethical AI governance frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two commercialized future-tech products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or climate tech modeling
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing $50M+ in future-tech venture capital
- Deep understanding of ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
