- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with 95% adoption rate
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists across AI, materials science, and sustainable engineering

- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across 200+ engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 15+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
