- Mentor a global team of 15+ futurists and patent engineers
- Present at Davos, Web Summit, and IEEE Quantum Horizons conferences
- Develop patent portfolios with 10+ filings annually in quantum-adjacent domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven quantum/AI commercialization track record
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent with peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in federated learning, homomorphic encryption, and carbon-neutral tech stacks
- Secured $100M+ in government/enterprise innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow with 3+ production quantum systems
- Published author on ethical AI frameworks (IEEE/ACM journals)
