Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI/quantum/IoT convergence solutions
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through stakeholder presentations
- Establish industry partnerships for open innovation ecosystems
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring tech adoption velocity
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board
Qualifications
- MS/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech R&D with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Strategic planning experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting ROI analysis
- Published research or patents in peer-reviewed journals
