- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure R&D funding and stakeholder buy-in for futuristic initiatives
- Present innovation frameworks to executive board and external partners at industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and establish protocols for ethical technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and emerging tech standards
- Experience developing 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (patents, white papers, or keynotes)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
