Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable milestones
- Lead ideation sessions for AI-driven solutions and sustainable tech frameworks
- Manage end-to-end product development from concept to commercial launch
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, Web4.0) for strategic opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab with 8-10 engineers
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through investor partnerships
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track ROI on experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure ARR
- Expertise in agile methodologies and lean startup principles
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and future forecasting
- Strong background in AI/ML, IoT, or blockchain implementation
- Experience securing venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
