Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists to deliver breakthrough solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through compelling pitches to executive stakeholders
- Pioneer industry-first partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive patent development for at least 3 proprietary innovations annually
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and disruptive thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching at least 2 industry-defining products/solutions
- Expertise in future trend analysis and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful scaling of innovative initiatives
- Deep understanding of Web3, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex regulatory landscapes
