As part of our elite R&D division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists, AI ethicists, and sustainable tech pioneers to redefine industry standards. Our Austin hub offers unparalleled resources including a 5G testbed, neuromorphic computing lab, and dedicated prototyping facilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps for post-2026 innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Secure and manage R&D grants for forward-looking projects
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to investors and industry partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, nanotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in relevant STEM field or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in future tech publications
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks
