Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in forecasting tech trends and market disruption
- Proven track record of scaling innovation programs from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum AI)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ innovation budgets
- Presentation skills at industry conferences (TED, Web Summit preferred)
