- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercial potential
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and secure strategic buy-in
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product development with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
