- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026-2030 market impact
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven KPIs
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or corporate venture capital
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
