Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning with market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Develop scenario-planning models for 3-5 year horizon risk mitigation
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and startups in emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record in scaling tech-driven initiatives to market leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., ICF, CPSI) or AI ethics
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive product launches or strategic pivots
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
