Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum AI, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Manage innovation incubator programs fostering startup-corporate partnerships
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work transformations and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive solutions from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
