As a key member of our Global Futures team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to anticipate societal shifts, market disruptions, and technological breakthroughs. You'll translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions and investment priorities across our portfolio of next-generation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and global megatrends to forecast opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and market evolution
- Lead scenario planning workshops to model future states and risk-mitigation strategies
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into development pipelines
- Present strategic findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Monitor horizon-scanning initiatives and maintain a living knowledge base of emerging innovations
- Drive adoption of future-thinking methodologies across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend mapping methodologies
- Strong background in at least one emerging tech domain (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CFSD)
