Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years experience in innovation consulting or R&D leadership
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong background in ESG frameworks and circular economy principles
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Certification in AI governance or sustainable development (SDGs)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks in regulated industries
