Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-focused innovation roadmaps across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies with 3-5 year deployment horizons
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities in emerging markets
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members for resource allocation
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for futuristic solutions
- Measure and report KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and commercialization readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2020s-era tech disruption track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Innovation (PhD/MSc preferred)
