- Analyze global innovation landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for advanced R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting (AI, quantum, AR/VR) and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching products with 3-5 year market impact
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic tools (SWOT, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces) and data visualization platforms
- Experience managing cross-continental teams and stakeholder communication across C-suite levels
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies preferred
