Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with global market trends and technological disruptions

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and R&D labs
- Analyze emerging technologies through scenario planning and risk assessment frameworks
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualization

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services (post-2020)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
