- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptors across global tech landscapes

- Manage innovation lab operations and mentor teams in design thinking methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting with proven 5+ year roadmap success
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI ethics, spatial computing, or bioinformatics
- Strong background in scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
