Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Develop predictive market analysis models for emerging tech adoption curves
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development for next-gen human-machine interaction protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record scaling innovation initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, future standards)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
