Responsibilities

- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment recommendations
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite executives and board members with compelling narratives
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, and societal shifts affecting long-term innovation strategy
- Mentor emerging talent in futures thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
