Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product innovations across AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions using agile methodologies
- Analyze emerging market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 R&D divisions
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in product strategy at scale, with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching market-defining products in AI, IoT, or Web3 domains
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major tech conferences
