Responsibilities
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies and trends for 2026+ product ecosystem
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and technological feasibility
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure stakeholder buy-in for innovation initiatives
- Manage cross-functional project teams from ideation through launch of 2026 product releases
- Monitor patent landscapes and intellectual property opportunities in emerging tech sectors
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product strategy, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive communication
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable business impact
