Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-2030 innovation roadmap integrating quantum AI, biotech convergence, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints for next-gen human-computer interfaces and neural interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global innovation labs
- Develop ethical frameworks for sentient AI and autonomous decision-making systems
- Drive commercialization of space-based manufacturing and asteroid mining technologies
- Mentor Innovation Fellows in futuristic skill development (quantum programming, synthetic biology)
- Present annual innovation whitepapers to the World Economic Forum and UN Technology Council
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in quantum/AI/advanced automation domains
- PhD in Computational Physics, Robotics, or Futurism; or equivalent disruptive portfolio
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or IEEE Spectrum on 2020s+ tech
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for moonshot projects
- Expertise in regulatory navigation for emerging technologies across 15+ jurisdictions
- Proven ability to commercialize lab-scale breakthroughs into $100M+ revenue streams
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
