Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technology horizons

- Partner with VPs to align innovation initiatives with corporate strategy
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and ROI metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 environments
- Strong financial acumen and budget management expertise
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) preferred
