Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prototype, and scale emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate disruptive market shifts
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across the organization
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for transformative initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience managing innovation pipelines with $10M+ budgets
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
