Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to predict technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Produce actionable strategic roadmaps for quantum computing adoption and climate tech integration
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AI governance and biotech regulation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis for 2020+ horizons
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation strategies successfully implemented
