Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development strategy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Maintain thought leadership through white papers, patents, and industry speaking engagements
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to market-ready concept
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or product development for emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, sustainable tech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in strategic modeling tools
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with tangible outcomes
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
