Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or AI with 10+ years research experience

- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects at Google/IBM
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction
- Strong background in distributed quantum system architecture
- Experience securing federal research grants (> $10M total)
