- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and publish 4+ peer-reviewed papers annually
- Mentor PhD candidates and establish industry partnerships with quantum hardware pioneers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and error correction techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and high-performance computing
- Experience leading research teams with $1M+ budgets and managing academic-industry collaborations
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into practical applications
