Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for 2026-era computational paradigms
- Lead research on quantum machine learning models with 99.9%+ accuracy thresholds
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE conferences
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum-AI integration methodologies
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from NSF/DARPA
- Develop ethical frameworks for quantum-AI deployment in regulated industries
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms with demonstrated scalability
- Expertise in Python/C++ with quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published record in top-tier AI/quantum journals (h-index ≥ 15)
