Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 industrial applications
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-optimized machine learning models
- Drive research in quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance protocols
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum circuit optimization and compilation
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
