Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit stabilization and coherence protocols
- Drive quantum security frameworks for enterprise applications
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and topological qubit manipulation
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Familiarity with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Strong knowledge of quantum-classical hybrid architectures
