Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create quantum algorithms optimized for real-world commercial applications
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Experience leading technical teams in R&D environments
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical solutions
