Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of quantum computing platforms targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates and MIT/Caltech research fellows on quantum supremacy protocols
- Secure $50M+ in DoE/NASA grants for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Davos Technology Forums
- Mentor a diverse team of quantum physicists and hardware engineers
- Drive industry standards for quantum cybersecurity frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proven track record leading quantum projects with $10M+ budgets
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms
