Responsibilities

- Translate foresight research into actionable product development plans
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation roles with proven tech disruption experience
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating future-scanning methodologies
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
