Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Measure and report on the strategic impact of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record translating complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling software

- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
