- Produce trend analysis reports identifying disruptive opportunities and market convergence points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology adoption curves
- Advise on innovation portfolio allocation for 5-10 year horizons
- Build strategic partnerships with academic and industry research institutions
- Present future-vision briefings to executive boards and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
