Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Produce actionable insights reports for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Design human-centered solutions addressing future workforce and societal challenges
- Mentor junior futurists while cultivating an experimental culture
- Present strategic vision at global conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration, and climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with complex visualization mastery
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
