Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Build cross-functional partnerships to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and innovation
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological indicators for early disruption warnings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Demonstrated success presenting complex future scenarios to executive audiences
- Published work on technology trends or future-focused industry analysis
- Strong understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
