Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic foresight models for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and curate a proprietary intelligence network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex future landscapes into actionable business roadmaps
- Advise on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
