- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce trend briefings and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight methodology capabilities
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and weak signal detection
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
