Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend intelligence frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Produce scenario-placing models for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author quarterly horizon scanning reports for executive stakeholders
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging systemic risks and opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
