Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum adoption and AI ethics compliance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future consumer behaviors
- Produce whitepapers and predictive models for investor relations and board strategy sessions
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI to pioneer next-gen research initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in forecasting methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on quantum computing or climate-tech disruption
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Compendium)
- Deep understanding of US tech policy (CHIPS Act, AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with probabilistic forecasting and Monte Carlo simulations
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions through data-driven narratives
