Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Author annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation initiatives spanning sustainability, digital transformation, and human-AI collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology trends
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
