Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives focused on 2026 market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive innovations
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-ready strategies into organizational DNA
- Present visionary insights to investors, clients, and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Engineering, or relevant field
