Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify disruptive opportunities and market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for 5-10 year future landscapes
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation labs focused on sustainable future solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term strategic impact
- Maintain thought leadership through white papers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., CFCS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ strategic foresight projects
