Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscape

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, neurotech, and circular economy domains
- Present future-state recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to prototype future solutions
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for continuous intelligence gathering
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and societal shifts
