Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight initiatives targeting 2026 market transformations
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Integrate foresight outputs into product roadmaps and corporate strategy cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications (AI, Web3, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience advising C-suite executives in Fortune 500 organizations
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption and future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, SFI preferred)
