Responsibilities

- Present futuristic insights to C-suite and board members through compelling visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for trend forecasting
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
- Publish thought leadership whitepapers on disruptive trends and strategic implications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Experience with quantitative/qualitative research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful strategic initiatives launched from future insights
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence
